- I don't actually have a copy of Turbo C++ vers 3.0, so I could be wrong, but
- generally the Turbo C++ line does not have the ability to target more then one
- platform. So if you bought the Turbo C++ for Windows, then you can only
- target 16-bit windows. If you bought the Turbo C++ for DOS, then you can only
- target DOS.
